Life Beneath the Storks

Alcala de Henares, birthplace of Cervantes, home of one of Spain's oldest universities, is also well known and loved for a large colony of storks populating the city rooftops. We are lucky enough to be living in this small town outside of Madrid for a few short years and have put this blog together in order to keep family and friends updated on our lives here, beneath the storks.     When I was in Barcelona last -- in 1970 -- those same cranes were there at the Sagrada Familia!
